Preliminary Design Concept
Philosophy:
This design is based mainly
upon clarity and rationalism.
The main entry in the north side
and the built form allow a visitor
to understand the building and
the location of the entry which
is defined by the glazed
structure connecting the two
wings of the building. At the
northern side, the façade is
provided with a screen which
add a level of privacy and filters
the light through the corridors
where residents access their
units. The glazed structure in
the middle determine the entry
and its importance. Entering
